Resolve 18 was a major customer event for HelpShift to announce a pivotal transition for the company. FINAO® was tapped to create the entire brand look including event website, sponsorship prospectus, signage and presentations. The design had to be reflective of the forward-thinking app with the ultimate goal of driving new and expansion pipeline for prospects and adoption of new features and products for current clients.
A unique event design required a unique website. The website was built quickly to help promote the events Agenda, Speakers and Venue. The website was successful in pulling in the targeted amount of attendees and showcased the Helpshift brand as an enterprise service.
The event exceeded all expectations, delivering a day of high-quality, hyper-relevant content to more than 300 potential customers and partners. More than 10 speakers took the stage and a new major product innovation for Helpshift was release with SensAI announced during the conference.
