The Challenge

Design a modern, trustworthy website for accountants, setting FloQast apart with bold visuals while providing comprehensive platform information and accounting tips.

Our Process

The primary focus was on the marketing website. Our team began by auditing the site architecture and working closely with the in-house marketing team on the website copy. From there, our team created extensive page wireframes and established a website style guide as the framework for a new site theme and a modular-driven template system.

Website Design

Given the size of the site and the up-and-coming nature of FloQast, FINAO’s development team had to build a website that was agile, quick and responsive. A modular approach was taken to increase build-out speed and extendability. A site that once required additional front-end development resources can now be easily no code managed and updated by the marketing team.

Development and launch

FINAO’s dev team was heavily involved in content organization and architecture and guided the in-house team through all the nuances in the launch process. Floqast had invested heavily in SEO and was concerned about losing momentum and traction with the new site launch. Weeks after launch we received a report of a flawless launch execution, with zero impact on SEO metrics.


FINAO extensively tested to ensure that the new FloQast brand and website design provides users with a seamless responsive experience.


After designing and building the website, FINAO rounded out brand assets to support the launch of the brand and the site - including content pieces, landing pages and digital ads.
