In 2024 Comply365 and Vistair combined operations through an Insight Partners M&A. The deal created a leading global provider of compliance, safety and data intelligence technologies serving the aviation, defense and rail industries. Both companies have a shared vision to enhance their product and service capabilities, accelerate innovation and deliver unparalleled value to our customers in the aviation, defense and rail sector. Moving forward the combined companies now operate under the Comply365 name.
The new company needed a refreshed brand, logo, and design system. Prior to merger talks, Vistair had recently completed a rebrand exercise and leadership wanted that elements of that legacy visual language to come forward in the new brand.

Comply365 truly partners with their customers, who excitedly share new ways they’re using our software to save money, reduce risk, save time and deliver a better customer experience. The Comply365 solutions, including software for aviation manuals and railroad rule books and bulletins, help companies streamline manual, time-consuming processes and make compliance and training easy. This high value simplicity needed to be reflected in the new visual identity.
Primary audience targets aviation pilots and rail engineers. Illustration and photography needed to reflect the core audience design preferences towards tech forward, sophisticated and dynamic visual treatments.
Intuitive simplicity was the theme for brand iconography. One color, solid fill badges accommodate an array of scaling needs and reflect a range of broad and specific representational concepts.
FINAO extended the approved visual language into product and brand videos for the new brand rollout. Motion helps bring the new brand to life and drives engagement throughout the unified website experience.
The new marketing website reflects all the ways Comply365 empowers airlines, defense and rail organizations to sustain operational excellence, achieve the highest levels of compliance, transform safety and deliver best-in-class training management as well as leverage data for a more holistic, informed, and forward-looking view of operations.
The new website was developed as a fully modular, responsive, netnew WordPress theme. Comply365 solutions deliver unparalleled financial and operational gains for their customers and the new brand website is a reflection of the organizational excellence all customers experience.
